Pricing Station FAQ
Pricing Station does not login
If a pricing station boots but does not login, there are several things to check:
Is the pricing station connected to the network and getting an IP?
Is DHCP set up properly with a static address and WMS Group Key? See WMS - Configure DHCP for Pricing Stations.
Is this a new store? If so, make sure a WMS Store Group Policy is set up. See WMS - Configure Store Group Policy.
Is the pricing station registered? If this is a new/replacement unit, the device may need to be registered by hand to WMS. See WMS - Boot and Register Thin Clients.
Touching Buttons Selects the Wrong Button
Check that the ELO monitor is aligned.
