Pricing Station does not login

If a pricing station boots but does not login, there are several things to check:

  1. Is the pricing station connected to the network and getting an IP?

  2. Is DHCP set up properly with a static address and WMS Group Key? See https://amitag.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ami/pages/1017937944.

  3. Is this a new store? If so, make sure a WMS Store Group Policy is set up. See https://amitag.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ami/pages/1017970709.

  4. Is the pricing station registered? If this is a new/replacement unit, the device may need to be registered by hand to WMS. See https://amitag.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ami/pages/1018069008.

Touching Buttons Selects the Wrong Button

Check that the ELO monitor is aligned.
