The printer says Out of Media and won’t print any tags but I installed media. What can I do?
The most likely problem is the media gap sensor. Make sure it is in the proper position. See AMI Quick Guides Review the video titled Intermec Printer - Troubleshooting.
How can a user change his/her password?
Start up the AMI Tagging application. On the Login screen, there’s a link to change the password.
How can a Manager change an AMI User’s password?
The manager can login to the AMI Terminal server. There is an icon that looks like:
Type in the user’s name to help narrow down the list
Select the user to update
Click on the Change Passwd Icon.
Type in the new password and verification
Click Save
